A striking blend of glass, stucco, and concrete, this linear-designed residence is set against breathtaking panoramic ocean vistas. A whimsical floating helical staircase anchors the grand atrium, while soft architectural curves and custom arches balance the home’s clean, modern lines. Expansive floor-to-ceiling tinted windows minimize glare and evoke the refined ambiance of a luxury yacht. Thoughtfully designed for coastal living, a sculpted seawall of natural boulders and formed concrete provides both beauty and protection. Built to Built Green Gold standards, this home reflects a commitment to sustainable, environmentally conscious living.
