Windjammer is multi award winning West Coast waterfront retreat, celebrated with CARE Awards Project of the Year and People’s Choice honors. Striking angular exteriors of cedar, metal, glass, and locally quarried stone lead to a modern interior of polished cabinetry, wire-brushed white oak floors, and book-matched Sapele millwork. Expansive ship-sloped windows, a floating steel-and-glass staircase, and a futuristic wine room create a luxurious, yacht-like ambiance. Outdoors, a sculpted sea wall, covered rock patio, and linear gas fire pit frame breathtaking ocean views. Sustainable features include stormwater collection, energy-efficient systems, and integrated smart home automation.
