Its private outdoor sanctuary includes a Cabana with kitchen, seating, and fire pit, a striking pool with automatic cover, and low-maintenance, lush landscaping. Integrated surround sound, landscape lighting, and “Control 4” home automation enhance every experience, while Platinum Built Green Certification ensures sustainable, luxurious living.
