Tucked at the end of a long, winding driveway, this secluded waterfront retreat embodies striking West Coast architecture set against dramatic ocean vistas. Sculpted into the cliffside, the home harmonizes with its natural surroundings through the use of integrated boulders, natural stone, stucco, and composite slate, while its clean, linear massing frames uninterrupted views of the water. Outdoors, an infinity-edge pool appears to merge with the horizon, and a private dock in a sheltered cove offers direct access to the sea.
Inside, timeless farmhouse elements are thoughtfully layered with relaxed Bohemian styling, creating a warm yet refined atmosphere. White oak floors, custom millwork, and bespoke built-ins are complemented by graceful arched details and expansive folding doors that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. Designed with both comfort and responsibility in mind, the home is built to Step Code 4 standards and equipped with geothermal heating, a heat recovery ventilation system, and Energy Star appliances. Permeable paving, advanced automation, and meticulous craftsmanship further underscore a commitment to sustainable, forward-thinking construction; resulting in a residence that is as enduring as it is exceptional.
